You are warmly invited to the St Thomas More Society Patronal Feast Day Dinner to be held at 7pm on Friday 18th June 2021 at the Union, University and Schools Club, 25 Bent Street, Sydney.
Prior to the dinner, you are warmly invited to join us for Mass in remembrance of feast day of St Thomas More at 6pm on Friday 18th June 2021 in the Crypt at St Marys Cathedral. All are invited to the Mass and there is no need to RSVP in relation to the Mass (only the dinner). Mass will be celebrated by the St Thomas More Society’s chaplain, Fr Peter Joseph. Mr Richard Perrignon, the Master of Sacred Music at St Johns College, barrister and former President of the St Thomas More Society, and artistic director of Capella Sublima, will direct the music for the Mass.
Our keynote speaker for this year’s dinner will be the Hon Clarrie Briese, former Chief Stipendary Magistrate of New South Wales and author of the outstanding book – “Corruption in High Places”. Mr Briese if a person of great integrity and moral courage and example to aspire to for all legal practitioners.
